At Sunvik Steels Shop, we are committed to delivering high-quality steel products that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products (bulk materials, industrial goods), our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, practical, and transparent.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Wrong product has been delivered (does not match order)
👉 Returns are generally not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect requirement selection by customer
- Minor surface variations (common in steel products)
This approach is standard in the steel industry, where returns are usually limited to defects or delivery issues
2. Return Request Timeline
- You must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted
👉 Important:
- Clear photos/videos (unboxing proof) are required
3. Product Condition for Return
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused and unprocessed
- Must be in original condition
- Must include invoice and original packaging (if applicable)
Returns will be rejected if:
- Product is cut, installed, or altered
- Damage is caused after delivery
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will review and approve/reject the request
- If approved:
- Pickup or return instructions will be shared
5. Return Shipping Charges
- If issue is from our side (damage/wrong product) → we bear the cost
- If return is requested for any other valid reason → customer bears cost
6. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be issued via:
- Original payment method OR
- Bank transfer (if applicable)
7. Replacement Policy
Instead of refunds, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Material adjustment in next order
(depending on availability and situation)
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
9. Important Notes
- Steel products may have minor variations in finish, weight, or color
- Bulk orders and custom orders are non-returnable
- Final decision on returns rests with Sunvik Steels Shop
